Dave Nations
Dave started out in real estate by flipping a house with a buddy and learning first-hand the in's and out's of not only home renovations but the buying and selling process. A true entrepreneur by every definition of the word, Dave owns and leads Nations Network Real Estate Solutions and Heartwood Coaching as well as Nations Brothers Renovations, a joint venture with his brother, Jeff. Dave brings a refreshing candor and authenticity to leadership believing if he helps those around him achieve what they want, he will in turn get what he wants.
Katherine Aeilts
With a business degree in hand, Katherine jumped into real estate right out of college and hasn't looked back since. Finding her passion on the operations side of the business, she helped grow and scale Dave's real estate business. Whether it's creating a yearly budget or screening candidates, Katherine's attention to detail shines through and makes her a valuable resource for her clients and team. She currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Nations Network Real Estate Solutions.


Jim Wehmeier
Since getting into real estate in 2009, Jim has been a top producer, building an impressive referral-based business. His construction background and personal real estate investing bring a wealth of knowledge to both his clients and his team. Jim is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and can help clients navigate even the toughest mindset roadblocks. He currently serves as the Director of Sales for Nations Network.
Lisa Magee
With a background in education, coaching and training comes naturally to Lisa. She launched her real estate career in 2015 and brought her servant's heart to clients looking to find their next home. Believing the fortune is in the follow-up, Lisa systematically works her database to find clients she can help. Her dedication to following the model and translating her goals into activities every day is impressive and she gladly shares her tactics with clients and teammates.


Rachel Wenzel
Rachel joined the Nations Network in an Inside Sales and Marketing role in 2013. Harnessing her creativity, she is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and staying top of mind with a strategic touch program. Experienced in many roles of a real estate team, Rachel loves helping team members broaden their understanding of the business and grow in their respective areas.
